Choose between drop-in, 5 class or 10 class (11th class is free) punch card for our Cardio Dance and Hatha Yoga. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and hand weights if you have them.
Cardio Dance class has some HIIT and then targets key areas (arms, glutes, shoulders and more) and where you do a little dancing to fun music under disco lights. Hatha Yoga focuses on balance, strength and stretching.
Monday start at 6:30 PM for Cardio Dance
Friday start at 9:30 AM for Hatha Yoga
