Choose between drop-in, 5 class or 10 class (11th class is free) punch card for our Body Sculpt and HIIT classes. (dates and times are subject to change. Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and hand weights if you have them.
Body Sculpt class has some cardio and then targets key areas (arms, glutes, shoulders and more). HIIT is a high intensity interval training with short breaks in between workouts.
